Access All Care and Training Solutions Ltd is an Outstanding care provider that delivers specialist, bespoke, consistent care to disabled children and adults. 

Each care package is tailored to individual needs. We encourage Service User involvement so that we can effectively provide a person-centred service based on their needs.

Where we are caring for a child in a family home, our care service's are built on the requirements of the family, and we ensure a flexible approach to reflect the family's changing needs. The care provided can range from a few hours a day to a 24 hour package, and support in a supported living setting.

When supporting adults we work with them and their chosen circle of support to help identify and meet their aims and goals, and to live life the way that they would like. We strive to meet REACH standards and focus on reviewing and adapting our service to continually improve and find innovative ways to encourage and support independence. 

Our Personal Assistants are recruited following the Safer Recruitment guidelines and receive training and supervision to enable them to best support our clients and families needs. We match a small dedicated team of carers around each family to ensure consistent and effective care.

We work with Families, Case Managers, Social Services, Support Living Services, Schools, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech therapists, Advocates, and Charities to name a few. Referrals can be taken over the phone or via email.
